These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the websites, applications, payment experiences, and related services operated by Impact Up SAS.
1. Scope
By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Acceptable Use
- You must provide accurate information and keep account details current.
- You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with availability.
- You must comply with applicable law, including anti-fraud, AML, data protection, and payment rules.
3. Availability and Security
Impact Up applies commercially reasonable efforts to maintain availability and security.
Our software is designed in alignment with ISO 27001 principles, with technical and organizational controls adapted to the risks of the service.
Maintenance windows, third-party outages, security responses, or compliance interventions may temporarily affect access.
4. Data Protection and Payments
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
Where fees apply, they are communicated contractually or through the service before activation. You authorize Impact Up and its payment partners to process transactions and related operational adjustments, including refunds and chargeback handling.
5. Suspension, Liability, and Contact
Impact Up may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the platform, comply with law, respond to security incidents, or address material breaches.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct damages that were reasonably foreseeable. These terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory local rules.
